- 1/2 inch ginger roughly chopped
- 1 no small red onion roughly chopped
- 2 nos green chilies roughly chopped (adjust to taste)
- 2 nos tomatoes roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut grated
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- salt as required
