Heat a pan over low heat, add almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios. Roast for 3-5 minutes.

Next, add cardamom pods and nutmeg powder or a small piece of nutmeg. Roast it for a few seconds.

Transfer it to the grinding jar. Add milk powder, sugar, turmeric powder, and saffron strands. Grind it into a fine powder.

In a saucepan, heat the whole milk over medium heat. Bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
3 cups whole milk
Add 3-4 tablespoons of prepared masala milk powder. Stir well to combine. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Next, add the chopped nuts to the milk.

Allow the masala milk to simmer for a few more minutes.
Pour the masala milk into serving cups or glasses. Garnish with a few strands of saffron if you like. Serve warm and enjoy!
