Cook the Noodles
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions slightly undercook until still chewy.2 nos Noodles Pack
- Drain the noodles and set aside.
Season the Noodles
- In a heat-proof bowl, combine chopped onions or shallots, chopped coriander leaves, minced garlic, and red chili flakes.1/4 cup Cilantro / Coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp Chili flakes, 2 tbsp Shallot / Onion, 1 tbsp Garlic
- Heat the oil in the pot over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes or until it becomes hot and you notice small bubbles forming.1/4 cup Oil
- Pour the hot oil over the mixture. Mix everything well.
- Add dark soy sauce, black pepper sauce or chili sauce, salt, sugar, and lime juice. Mix well.1 tbsp Dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp Lemon / Lime juice, 1 tbsp Black pepper sauce or chili sauce, Salt, A pinch of sugar
- Next, add the cooked noodles and mix to coat in the sauce mixture.
- Finish with some chili oil/sauce, if you like!
