- 1 cup hot milk (adjust according to preference)
- 2 teaspoon tea leaves
- 3 tablespoon jaggery grated or powdered (adjust according to preference)
- 1/2 teaspoon tea masala (optional)
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Once the water boils, add tea leaves and tea masala to the boiling water. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to extract the flavors.

Now, add hot milk to the boiling tea. Bring it to a boil and then turn the heat off. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes.

Now, add jaggery to the tea. And turn on the heat. Let it come to a boil and do not stir. Allow the jaggery to dissolve completely.

Pour the jaggery tea into cups and serve it hot.

- If possible, use organic jaggery in this recipe as it minimizes the risk of curdling.
